NOTICE OF MEETING

Charitable Advisory Council

Attorney General's Charitable Advisory Council was formed pursuant to Ohio Administrative Rule 109:1-1-10 to advise the Attorney General in determining training needs of charities, and model policies for charities' governance and administration. The council will also assist the Attorney General in identifying emerging issues and trends affecting charities.

The Advisory Council has set a tentative schedule of meetings throughout 2008 which will be modified as necessary based on the needs of the organization. The group will meet bi-monthly on the second Wednesday of the month 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Attorney General's conference room on the 16th Floor at 150 East Gay Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Tentative meeting dates for the remainder of 2008 include August 13, Oct. 8, and Dec. 10.
